US Orders:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return your used Bones Remain product(s) within 30 days of the date you received them for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling - when applicable). We give full refunds even if the products are empty. 

International Orders:

Please contact us immediately. We gauge the best way to solve an issue on a case by case basis with International Orders due to the cost and time of shipping. Don't worry, we will still take care of you like the good neighbors you are to us.
